Asheville Mass Defense

Asheville Mass Defense is a group of ad hoc and volunteer lawyers, legal workers and legal observers who are members of Asheville's vibrant civic community dedicated to defending and preserving the constitutional rights of our local residents.

We come together to provide legal representation for those who have been detained, arrested, assaulted, and/or imprisoned by the government where those governmental actions conflict and interfere with rights established under the United States Constitution and Bill of Rights.

Asheville Mass Defense is seeking volunteers which include lawyers that practice in all areas of law including but not limited to criminal defense and immigration, as well as paralegals and legal workers, journalists, techies, and photographers.  Every citizen has a part to play.
